Customers who decide to sign up for the VIP Membership will be billed $29.99 followed by recurring billing every 28 days until cancelled. Customers have the option to cancel at any given time of their choosing. After signing up for the VIP Membership customers will receive a confirmation email confirming their subscription. VIP Members will receive a email reminding them their monthly $29.99 is due. Reminder emails are sent out 1 day before The VIP Member is charged for their subscription with the option to cancel at any time in your billing settings or phone support or email support.
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings or by contacting us. However, we cannot refund previous monthly subscription charges.
